Welcome to Next Step Resources Center

If you are experiencing any of the common symptoms of pregnancy, the next step is to take a medical quality pregnancy test. The Next Step Resources Center provides free pregnancy services including pregnancy testing using medical quality urine tests able to determine pregnancy hormone levels sufficient to indicate pregnancy. The test is 99.8% accurate.

The test may be positive as early as 7-9 days after conception. It is important but not required that you know the start date of your last period when you come in.

PREGNANCY TESTING

We offer lab-grade pregnancy tests to help verify your pregnancy. All tests are run by licensed nurses, and we provide Proof of Pregnancy paperwork.

STI TESTING AND TREATMENT

For all women and men who come to Next Step Resources Center for care, we will provide full-panel testing, including chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, and HIV. We will also provide treatment (or referral for treatment, if HIV positive), as well as treatment for your partner.

ABORTION PILL REVERSAL

Have you taken the first dose of the abortion pill? Do you regret your decision and wish you could reverse the effects of the abortion pill? I may not be too late! However, time is of the essence. For those seeking to reverse the effects of the abortion pill (also known as a chemical abortion or a medical abortion), the goal is to start the protocol within 24 hours of taking the first abortion pill, mifepristone, or RU-486. However, there have been many successful reversals when treatment was started within 72 hours of taking the first abortion pill. LIMITED OB ULTRASOUNDS

We also provide non-diagnostic ultrasounds performed by Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. These ultrasounds are to help determine the viability of your pregnancy (meaning the pregnancy is in the uterus, and a fetal heartbeat is present). The sonographer will provide you with a printed report and pictures to take with you.
