Our mobile medical unit provides the following free medical services to anyone in Marion County, TN or Jackson County, Alabama.

• Pregnancy testing
• Nurse consultations
• STD testing
• Ultrasound confirmation
• Medical information on abortion, morning-after pills, and more
• Referrals

If you think you may be pregnant, your first step is to confirm the pregnancy and viability (able to continue on its own). If you are looking for information on the abortion pill or other options, you can discuss this with one of our nurses. Abortion types and cost can be determined by how far along you are; an ultrasound can give you this information and we provide it at no cost.

If you are experiencing STD symptoms, we can provide confidential testing with quick results.
